SYLLABUS

 

       This course provides practical methods for achieving self-renewal and self-realization through the practice of meditation. Drawing on the writings of the Remetj (AE), the course approaches meditation as a program of specific techniques intended to eventually produce in the diligent practitioner, a state of peace, tranquility, equanimity and personal well-being. Among the methods students will encounter and practice are non-stressful physical conditioning, relaxation, concentration, abdominal breathing, creative visualization, hekau (words of power), and energetics. Prerequisites: None.
